Remarkable 1930s three-bedroom house transformation, which involved creating maximum extra space by extending both–ground floor and loft. This job was undertaken for a local investor, which required us to collaborate remotely due to his extremely busy work schedule.
Challenges
There were no significant challenges with this project; it served as a perfect blank canvas for us. A labour of love and imagination of our team greatly contributed to the transformation of a small, outdated three-bedroom property into a beautiful and welcoming home.
Extended to the ground floor and loft, this fantastic four-bedroom family home is now successfully serving South West London rental market.
