This affluent leafy suburban town is certainly a desirable place to live. The owner purchased this property as a “buy to let” and was looking to add value by extending into the loft and creating the 4th bedroom to this for a cost-effective way to maximize his yield.
The client had no time to find an architect who would be able to start straight away. So our in-house architect developed the proposal, provided the design, and created detailed drawings, necessary for us to jump-start on this process.

Completing this job in four months, which included new bathrooms and updating it throughout.
